SaveHere at South East Water we have recognised the difficulty many customers have faced in the current pandemic and have 14,659 customers signed up to our Priority Service Register (PSR).
PSR is available to anyone who might need that extra bit of help in the unlikely event something goes wrong with their water supply.
Through our Customer Care Team we offer home deliveries of bottled water so essential use can still be continued, receive prior warning of planned work, large print or spoken word for letters or bills, nominate somebody else to receive your water bill or an interpretation service if English isn’t a customer’s first language.

We have been promoting this service through social media posts, press releases and our customer services agents recommend it over the phone calls they receive. We have seen a 50 per cent increase in the number of people signed up since the beginning of March.
