Our CEO Gary Peters, founded a jobs board dedicated to helping local people find local jobs. An initial hobby soon became an award winning platform that expanded.
Our mission is to provide local employers with a cost effective and proactive jobs board solution to better connect them with candidates, whilst also providing the local community access to local jobs and the careers information, advice and inspiration they need to be successful.
In building an innovative, engaging and results driven jobs board platform, we can promote a wide variety of opportunities at all levels – working with an array of the region’s best employers.
We’re here to help through these difficult times. To support our local business community all prices have been reduced by 50% which means you can advertise your vacancy to thousands of local jobs seekers for only £45.00. Simply click here to access this discount.
Following nine successful years working across Sussex, the LoveLocalJobs Foundation C.I.C was launched in October 2018, by our ambassador Harry Redknapp, as a commitment to considerably raise the career aspirations of our next generations across Sussex.
The Foundation leverages the positivity, influence and incredible inspiration of local businesses and influencers to engage and inspire young people to become the best possible version of themselves they can be.
We bring together businesses, community organisations and schools to raise the aspirations of the next generation locally and inspire them to fulfil their potential. We do this through our award-winning programme Be the Change programme created and delivered in collaboration with humanutopia, our outdoor pursuits employability adventures Take the Leap and our inspirational, local celebrity led programme, Dare to Dream. All the programmes give young people the tools, confidence and belief to realise their full potential.
We create and collaborate on innovative and inspirational programmes which align our mission and values, working within our local community to create phenomenal futures.
The LoveLocalJobs Foundation C.I.C receives no government funding and relies solely on sponsors and donors to help make these projects a reality. The investment of local philanthropy, resources and invaluable experience has helped set over 2,000 local young people onto stronger and more positive pathways.
