Paid Events

Full refunds are available if cancellation is received at least 10 working days before the event.
No refund will be given if cancellation is received with fewer than 10 working days' notice.

Free Events

Cancellations can be made at anytime via your dashboard at www.sussexchamberofcommerce.co.uk
All event cancellations must be sent via email to [email protected].
Substitutions are allowed at any time.

Training Courses

Cancellations made more than 10 working days before the course

No charge will be applied for cancellations before this period or applied due to rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 10 working days before the course

100% of the course fee will be charged for cancellations.
Transferring to a later course will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
All training course cancellations must be sent via email to [email protected].
