CEO, Sussex Chamber of Commerce
Ana Christie is CEO of Sussex Chamber of Commerce supporting and campaigning for the business community.
Ana’s extensive business experience both in the UK and internationally, began in aviation, hospitality, then hotel project development. Previously she managed the London Aquarium, a major attraction, before relocating to the Philippines as Executive Vice President of an HR recruitment consultancy and subsequently locating to the British Deputy High Commission in India. Back in the UK, Ana joined a pharmaceutical company overseeing the project management of global clinical trials.
Ana joined the Sussex Chamber of Commerce in 2014 as Chief Executive and has since grown and developed the business membership organisation through the services provided to support business economic growth and performance in the area. She campaigns on key issues through the British Chambers who represent the national and global interests of business in government.
Ana is also an experienced in Martial Arts and in her spare time is a Karate instructor.

Director , Baseline-RTS Ltd
Micky Jackson is the Director of Baseline-RTS Ltd, specialising in reliability engineering with a strong focus on energy efficiency and loss reduction within industrial and commercial environments.
With extensive field experience, Micky works with maintenance and engineering teams to identify hidden energy losses and developing faults using advanced diagnostic technologies, including high-resolution thermal imaging, airborne and structure-borne ultrasonic detection, and condition-based monitoring techniques.
His work spans applications such as compressed air leak detection, steam system optimisation, electrical fault diagnostics, and mechanical asset reliability—helping organisations reduce energy consumption, lower operational costs, and improve system performance.
Micky is known for his technically grounded, results-driven approach, delivering clear, actionable insights that bridge the gap between complex data and real-world engineering decisions.

Director, Time 24 Ltd
David is Founder and Joint Managing Director of Time 24 Ltd. Time 24 are a £14 million Turnover Contract Manufacturer supplying Control Panels, E Mech Boxes and Wiring Harnesses to a wide variety of world class customers. Amongst other projects their Assemblies are found on over 30000 Rail Carriages, 1000 Radiotherapy Machines and over 500 Aircraft Simulators. They employ over 200 staff at sites in Burgess Hill and the Czech Republic. David sat on the CBI National Manufacturing Council for nine years. He sits on the Regional Board of Make UK and he has been a Board Member of the Landau Forte Multi Academy Trust for 25 years.
