Parenting a child with mental and/or emotional health challenges can feel overwhelming and isolating. You may struggle to find the right support for yourself or your child.
Our team consists of parents with lived experience who are here to listen. They can offer support, advice, and connect you with relevant resources. We believe every parent’s voice is vital, and that you deserve to be heard without judgment. You are not alone – together, we can help you navigate this journey.
We understand that every family’s experience is unique, and no two journeys are the same. We provide a safe space where you can be heard, explore available options, and receive the support you need to feel more confident in supporting your child.
We offer 1:1 individualized support sessions, both in-person and by phone.

Holding Space was founded by Hansa Raja, who drew on her lived experience to create a compassionate, practical support network for parents and carers.
We’re proud to celebrate Hansa’s vision and the difference the charity makes every day.
On the night, we’ll raise much‑needed funds for Holding Space. If you’d like to support their work now, please donate below — every gift helps keep a lifeline open for local families.
