We are very happy to announce that The Telemarketing Company has been re-accredited at Silver Level against the Investors in People standard.
Investors in People is an internationally recognised standard that demonstrates best practice in leading, supporting and managing people. Silver standard is achieved by only 15% of the organisations assessed. We feel this is a phenomenal achievement, given the challenges presented in the past few years by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The assessment report commended the company for the strong level of trust felt by staff both in the business, its leaders and between co-workers. Feedback from employees recognised a distinctive commitment to ethical practice and an open, supportive, communicative culture that prioritises staff health and wellbeing.

The Telemarketing Company in Regency Square has been based in Brighton for over 30 years and is one of the largest local employers with approximately 150 staff. A family owned business, it prides itself on its reputation for putting staff first, has held Investors in People since 2009 and is a Living Wage employer for Brighton & Hove.
The Telemarketing Company is authorised by the FCA, holds ISO 9001 accreditation and is a DMA member. It is also an ISM (Institute of Sales Management) authorised training centre and Company Partner to the Market Research Society.
