We know how important it is for HR teams and business leaders to understand the situation, mitigate the risk for business, and care for the health and wellbeing of their people.
We’re creating a series of guides with lots of resources and ideas to support businesses and their people. We’ve already shared our employer guide for preparing for COVID-19, and the next guides in the series are now available for you to download. They include:
Please keep checking our blog and follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter to access further articles and resources we’ll be publishing over the days and weeks ahead.
Update on service levels:
We continue to work hard to provide our customers with the best service we possibly can whilst also looking after the health and wellbeing of our people.
We’ve been closely following Government advice and have been transitioning our people to home working as quickly as possible. Following on from the Government’s announcement on Monday evening, we have now closed our Sheffield head office building.
We’ve made arrangements to access post and can answer calls remotely. However, there will inevitably be some disruption to service with longer response times than usual. Please bear with us.
We are encouraging all our policyholders to register for an account at westfieldhealth.com/my-westfield if they haven’t already done so and submit any health cash plan claims online. We’re also asking policyholders to ensure they’ve provided their bank details so that we can pay claims by direct credit to bank and building society accounts as we’re unable to issue cheques.
Your Westfield Health Consultant continues to work from home and is available to support you. Please feel free to get in touch with your Consultant via telephone or email, and they can conduct meetings with you remotely via video or call-conferencing.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
