Destiny Devon are a spiritual shop and lifestyle centre, operating from the famous Coffin house in the heart of beautiful Brixham. Destiny Devon have over 20 years’ experience sourcing exquisite and bespoke crystals from all over the world. Hosting fantastic workshops and Yoga classes. It is hard not to be drawn in by the shear passion from the owners.

What business or Goals did we help you achieve?

We expanded our offerings to offer Workshops and Yoga classes which required us to take on another premises, JLex were working behind the scenes to ensure we were able to expand our Infrastructure across the two shops. JLex specifically helped us achieve this goal of an additional shop as the opportunity to take on the new premisses was rather last minute and we had to move quick, The moment we spoke to the team at Jlex about the potential opportunity they were already planning and found a solution to extend our current Infrastructure. This was in place for the opening day, There was Zero downtime and the customer service was unbelievable.

 

Why did you choose JLex Networks?

We did not really know where to start with our IT Infrastructure, and hardware we would require. I contacted JLex and straight away I felt like they spoke my language. I felt very confident the team knew exactly what I needed without overspend, but still giving me the option to scale up if necessary which became apparent in when we opened our second shop. They have a very Proactive approach to support which is quite refreshing as it is a joy to speak to them when we do have issues.

 

Have you seen any bonus benefits that surprised you? 

The biggest surprise when we first came onboard with JLex was the strength in communication, we have worked with other IT Providers where we found communication was just not a priority, but with JLex I felt like I always knew what was going on without feeling badgered, It has to be said that their customer service is one of the best we have received inside and outside of the industry.

 

What would you say to other businesses considering working with us?

 It’s the best decision you will make for your business Big or small

 

Did you come up against any problems along the way and how did we help solve them?

As we are a retail premises and are very proud of our displays we wanted It equipment that was either not seen or very barely visible. JLex had already had this in mind when sending over three options, I had 2 onsite visits where the options and locations were shown to us. To this day you cannot see any of our equipment.

 

What reservations did you have?

My one reservation was when I initially contacted them was that I was an SME and they would not be able to work within my budget – however It was a reservation I should not have had. Three budget proposals were sent and explained all of which fitted with my budget.

 

Do you feel JLex have added value to the services we provide and have provided for you?

Jlex have absolutely added value, I am able to concentrate on my lovely customers, my workshops, and my yoga classes, knowing they are there if I ever need them.
