Farnborough Business Expo - My Experience

On the 10/03/2022 myself and Matthew Head from Collier Pickard attended the B2B business Expo in Farnborough. The expo allowed us to reach out to visitors and fellow vendors to get a better understanding of their business and how CRM can benefit how they operate.

How Did I find it?

 

On the 10/03/2022 myself and Matthew Head from Collier Pickard attended the B2B business Expo in Farnborough. The expo allowed us to reach out to visitors and fellow vendors to get a better understanding of their business and how CRM can benefit how they operate.

 

With just under 300 visitors attending as well as fellow vendors the expo was an enormous success. Being my first Expo I was unsure what expect from the overall day however, what I can say is that I was certainly not disappointed.

 

From start to finish the discussions were in full swing, allowing us to explain why CRM can benefit the workflow of businesses from multiple sectors. At Collier Pickard we have a wealth of experience in a multitude of sectors which we have been applying our knowledge of CRM to for the last 30 years.

 

As well as presenting CRM to the public it was great to see what other businesses had to offer and how they explain why their product is a necessity. I believe from my experience that an Expo is a brilliant place to network as well as to learn.

 

Just because a separate vendor may not be selling the same product as you, how they interact with a potential customer will quite possibly be similar. You may not be in search for anything but finding a new way of interacting with prospects is priceless.

Conversations over the phone and through virtual meetings have been the norm for us all during covid. Allowing us to stay connected with our clients, but now we are back to face-to-face discussion!

 

Having face-to-face discussions with clients allows us to fully understand the pain points in your business, we are not just at the Expos to sell, we are there to help.

 

Collier Pickard has been around for the last 30 years  by helping people that we know we can offer a return on investment. We do not take on every client for a quick buck, this allows us to be honest with our prospects about what is best for them instead of what is best for us.

 

We enjoy helping companies grow and implementing the correct CRM system in their workflow helps them grow even quicker. The systems that we take to market may not suit everybody’s needs and if they do not, we will point you in the right direction. Just because we do don’t have an offering for you, does not mean we will leave you stranded in the hunt for the right system.
