Transitioning back to work: Managing Mental Health & Wellbeing

This free webinar will be looking at how to manage employee's mental health and wellbeing during the transition back to the workplace, post lockdown. 

 

Putting your people first is paramount, they will need assurance they are working in a safe and supportive environment that supports both mental and physical well-being. 

 

And being flexible, inclusive and open will allow you to establish working practices and support mechanisms that work for our businesses and our people.

 

It is aimed at leaders and managers who need to meet the wellbeing needs of their employees and balance this with business productivity. 

 

The webinar will cover topics such as: 

 

  • What you need to consider in bringing people back to work safely 
  • Identifying and protecting vulnerable employees 
  • Communicating well with employees
  • Managing stress and anxiety
  • Signposting to further resources and support 

 

There is "no one size fits all" answer to transitioning back to the workplace; the purpose of this webinar is to enable you to consider what will work best in your situation.
