Open Door Digital are delighted to have worked with the Little Gate charity to create a new website for their summer festival: the Little Gate Big Festival.
Our client’s requirements
The festival has been expanding over recent years and now runs from Friday to Sunday. Having a website had become an essential part of the marketing mix to promote the festival and provide detailed information for festival-goers.
It was also important for us to present it as a festival first and a charity second – to help attract general festival-goers as well as people who are interested in
supporting the charity.
Creating the website
We worked with the charity and the festival organisers to create a website which reflected the fun and family-friendly aspects of the event. Showcasing the best of the acts who will be appearing, while ensuring that all the necessary practical information is easily available.
Working closely with their print media graphic designer, we ensured that the website perfectly synchronised with their offline marketing.

The website was a joy to work on and the festival itself sounds like it’s going to be great fun! A fabulous mix of music and family activities (including a water-pistol battleground!). All in the beautiful environment of Little Gate Farm.
