Job Vacancy - Client Support Representative
Our small, friendly and expanding insurance-based client is seeking to recruit an additional team member due to company growth.
This role involves dealing with enquiries from clients both via email and phone. The nature of the enquiry will dictate whether this is handled by the representative or passed on to particular member of staff within the business.
The successful applicant will have:
- Good MS Excel skills, including production of presentational material
- A methodical and meticulous working manner
- Good communication, both written and oral
- A readiness to challenge colleagues, clients and suppliers to ensure accuracy
- An ability to manage and prioritise multiple ongoing enquiries
- Experience within an insurance company-based role, perhaps dealing with brokers
This is a responsible and important role and the right person will be rewarded with an appropriate salary, plus 4 weeks paid holiday. Mon to Fri, 0900 - 1700.
