Sophie is a commercial property specialist with extensive experience in all types of land and property transactions including development land, lease and contract negotiations, business sales and purchases including care homes, property management and property finance.
This announcement comes not long after the firm recently welcomed Karen Lord as partner and head of the Corporate team in Brighton. As a recognised leader in her field by both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm. Karen provides advice and assistance in all corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, demergers and private equity investment.
Gemma Williams, a specialist in contractual disputes and negligence was also recently appointed partner within the Commercial Litigation team, having been with Healys since 2008.
