This month's star funding opportunity

 

Grants of up to £10,000 are available from South Downs National Park Authority for projects bringing social, environmental, economic or cultural benefits to a community within the National Park.  More details can be found on page 46 of April’s Funding News.

 


 

Star success stories

 

  • National Lottery Awards for All offers funding to support what matters to people and communities and 23 grants were recently made to East Sussex groups. 
  • Active Sussex has been awarded £80,000 from Sport England to continue developing a workforce infrastructure to tackle physical inactivity in Sussex. 
  • Hastings Voluntary Action will receive £54,189 through the Age-Friendly and Inclusive Volunteering Fund to reach out to BAME groups, refugees and asylum seekers to encourage them to volunteer.
