Coast to Capital is delighted to announce the appointment of Julie Kapsalis as their new Vice Chair.
Julie has been a Board Member at Coast to Capital since 2013. She has a portfolio of Board roles including the Institute of Economic Development, Gatwick Diamond Business and is Chair of Chichester Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Julie is also Managing Director at Chichester College Group and passionate about supporting business growth with a particular interest in skills and enterprise.
Julie has a background in economic development and marketing. She was a Director at the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) and worked on the London 2012 Olympics. Prior to this she worked in consumer marketing and PR. In 2018, Julie was appointed Diversity Champion for the Coast to Capital Board. Coast to Capital works across a diverse and vibrant region and believes that impact is enhanced through championing inclusion, social mobility and reflecting the diverse and dynamic businesses and communities.
Julie is committed to broadening Coast to Capital’s approach to diversity including her work on the Rose Review into female entrepreneurship and continuing to champion business growth.
