Business and Management Assessor/Trainer at Rewards Training, Sussex and the South East.

An opportunity for an experienced Trainer to join the team is available. You will have experience of Apprenticeship delivery at any levels from 2 to 5 in a variety of areas, including Business Administration, Management, Learning and Development and Functional Skills. We deliver an interesting portfolio of qualifications so there is opportunity for you to develop your career aspirations.
Key Performance Areas
- Maintain a caseload of learners in accordance with targets and timescales agreed.
- Ensure qualification standards are met and documentation meets Rewards’ quality standards in accordance with the awarding body/funding body requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of existing training programmes and in the identification and development of new programmes.
Example of Qualifications/Qualities required
- Recognised Trainer/Assessor teaching qualifications essential. However, where delivery of vocational knowledge is exceptional Rewards are prepared to develop your teaching skills.
- Must have a clean driving licence and own a car.
- Highly organised, able to self manage and communicate at the highest level.
- Vocationally competent in the sectors of delivery.
