Fit-Out: Electrical Testing & Manufacturing Facility

GBE - Littlehampton, Hampshire

Budget: £100k

GBE has been a long-standing client and invited Phoenix Systems to fit-out their new electrical testing and manufacturing facility in Littlehampton.

Starting from an empty shell, the 9-week project comprised a full workspace fit-out including specialist works:

Mezzanine Floor
Partitioning & Ceilings
Kitchen facility
Mechanical ventilation system
Air conditioning
LED lighting systems
Installation of an EMC (ElectroMagnetic) testing chamber

Delivered on schedule and to budget.
