The programme brings together local employers, expert training providers and tailored support to support both career development and workforce growth across the county.
Skills Bootcamps are:
• Open to anyone aged 19+ who lives or works in West Sussex
• Inclusive, flexible training courses
• Focused on practical, in-demand skills
• Built in collaboration with local employers
