Insurance for Businesses
We have been made aware of the risk of possible heightened crime at businesses premises that are currently closed. We are suggesting that all businesses check their current insurance policies to make sure they are valid for the situation we are currently facing; some policies for example may not be valid if your premises are shut for more than 30 days.

Virtual Business Networking sessions
Angel’s Business mini networking sessions will now be held virtually on Zoom. The next session will be held on Thursday 16th April at 10am – business owners will be able to gain support, ask questions and share knowledge. Angel’s Business solutions are also offering free individual 30 minute and 1 hour group consultations to businesses to offer coaching, mentoring and financial advice support.
The Prince’s Trust - £5million Enterprise Relief Fund
A fund has been launched offering grants to 18 – 30 year olds who are self-employed or running their own business. More information is available on the Prince’s Trust website
Apprenticeship Programme response
Information is available on the gov.uk website which sets out guidance for apprentices and employers in response to the impact of coronavirus – please visit the website.
