We Soda London Office refurbishment by Rap Interiors

WeSoda approached Rap Interiors to upgrade its corporate office in the City of London. Having partnered with the client several years earlier, we were delighted to be invited back to deliver further enhancements

The  London office refurbishment brief included:
• Enhancing reception security while elevating its professional appearance.
• Modernising the boardroom and meeting rooms, improving acoustics and reconfiguring around an existing ventilation system.
• Converting meeting rooms into dedicated visitor spaces.
• Upgrading the tea point and breakout space to create a more inviting, multi-use area.
• Creating a new private office for the CEO.

With a tight programme deadline, expert project management was essential.

Reception Area

To strengthen on-site security, we installed glass security barriers with fob access and a glazed sliding entrance door with PIR motion detection. The layout was reconfigured to improve visibility from a newly positioned reception desk.

Aesthetically, we introduced a bespoke desk, natural stone-effect flooring, acoustic panels and feature lighting. A recessed seating area with a large display screen completes the space, projecting a professional, business-focused atmosphere.

Meeting Rooms

The meeting rooms were redesigned to serve both clients and staff, maintaining a high-end corporate feel. Updates included luxurious cut pile carpet tiles, Crittall-effect glazed panels with partial frosting, and acoustic wall panels to reduce noise transfer.

Additional features include uplighters, digital booking systems and collaborative furniture, creating flexible and modern meeting environments.

Tea Point, Breakout and Visitor Areas

The tea point was refreshed with new worktops, cupboards and white goods, creating a more practical and welcoming space.

The adjoining breakout area was transformed into a multi-use setting for dining, laptop work, informal meetings or relaxation.

We also introduced small private rooms for visitors and staff, complete with new flooring, décor, biophilic elements, full-height partitions and modern furnishings.

Boardroom

The new boardroom is a standout feature, combining classic corporate design with advanced audio-visual technology. A bespoke reconfigurable collaboration table seats 20+ people and includes locking castors for flexibility.

A bespoke ceiling raft with integrated LED lighting, speakers and service access enhances functionality. Finishing touches include boardroom chairs, high-end cut pile carpeting, recessed presentation screens, coat pegs and sheer curtains to elevate the overall aesthetic.

Following the successful London office refurbishment, WeSoda now benefits from secure, modern and highly functional facilities that support productivity and growth.

Delivered on time and within budget, the project represents a highly successful office transformation.
