Unlike traditional networking groups, the Hub focuses on honest conversations, trusted relationships, and meaningful support between business leaders who understand the realities of running a company. There are no forced referrals, awkward sales pitches, or rigid networking rules. Just experienced people around the table helping one another navigate business growth, challenges, opportunities, and occasionally the madness of entrepreneurship itself.

The community operates through a growing network of local Hub groups across Sussex, with monthly lunch meetings and selected supper clubs held in locations including Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Eastbourne, Chichester, Haywards Heath, Horsham, Crawley, and Hurstpierpoint. Each Hub is intentionally kept to around twelve members to maintain quality discussions, trust, and genuine peer to peer support.

Alongside the core Hub meetings, members also gain access to Spice Club, the relaxed business curry networking lunch that takes place monthly in Hurstpierpoint. Spice Club gives members and guests a more informal environment to connect, build relationships, and continue conversations over good food without the structure of a traditional networking event.
