SAMANTHA OAKLEY JOINS HEALYS CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT
Although it has been a challenging start to 2021 for many businesses, it has not prevented leading international law firm, Healys LLP from taking steps forward. This week the firm announced the appointment of Samantha Oakley to the corporate & commercial team in Brighton.
Samantha is a commercial lawyer who specialises in assisting tech, media and creative companies. Samantha spent many years working as an in-house lawyer and has recently been focused on helping SMEs on a wide range of issues (including helping clients pivot their business so that they can operate online during the pandemic). Samantha also has experience working with social enterprises and not-for-profits.
