Rap Interiors Transforms Brighton Language School
Refurbishment company Rap Interiors recently revamped a language school in Queens Road, Brighton. The client, called Language in Action, wanted to upgrade the Brighton space so it was the same standard as its London school.
Given that the client was working to a restricted budget, Rap worked closely with the principal to ensure that the work kept to a suitable cost. With the budget and spec agreed, Rap’s Brighton interior designers and project team rolled out the following changes:
- Re-design and refurbishment works to the vacant basement to turn it into a functional learning space.
- Installation of glass partitions to the ground floor office spaces. Rap also printed bespoke “Malvern House” glass manifestation on the partitions.
- Installation of a new reception desk in the meet and greet area.
- New lighting, paintwork, carpet and blinds introduced in all classrooms.
- New paintwork to walls and sanitary ware installed in male and female toilets.
- New carpet and paintwork to the stairwell area.
Through working closely with Rap Interiors, Language in Action now has a functional, bright and practical space for its students. Moreover, the project was completed with LIA’s tight budget, helping them to maximise the revenue of the building.
