We are Next Phase, a specialist Life Science solutions company, employing 15 people in our central Horsham office. We are excited to have just launched our fresh new brand and website and are about to embark on a big recruitment drive in the local area. Our new branding reflects our passion for people and commitment to delivering a truly great service to all our partners.

We are an ambitious company that is looking to add significantly to our current team. Our aim is to attract great people from the local area, offering a rewarding and highly lucrative career in the fast-paced recruitment industry. Everyone at Next Phase is passionate about giving back to the local community and charity. We recently launched our volunteer and charity programme which gives staff paid time away from the office to help out locally and encourages everyone in the company to get involved in fundraising activities. We have selected Chestnut Tree House and Macmillan as our chosen charities and are embarking on a number of charity events throughout the year.
