MCA Consulting Engineers are proud to welcome three new trainee engineers

“As part of MCA’s Core Values, we believe it is important to the Construction Sector that we play our part in training up the next generation. Our industry is suffering from a skills shortage that requires help from businesses to futureproof young engineers. Therefore, MCA are proud to welcome three new trainee Engineers, Kyle, Adam and Sebastian.

At MCA we are keen to recruit locally and all three Apprentices are from Horsham and Crawley. They will be starting their training in September whilst studying Building Services Engineering Technician Apprenticeships in London.

We’re excited to offer them the opportunity to kick-start their careers and gain new skills that are relevant to MCA and the construction sector. By developing new talent under our wing, we can instil and nurture our culture and ways of working so up and coming talent understand our business, our sector and the need to build better buildings”.
