An opportunity has arisen to join an established Managed services provider (MSP), specialising in Cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), DevOps, Cyber Security, Consulting and Managed IT.

The successful candidate will have a range of prospects and career routes within the Digital Technology space and opportunity for progression. The role will be varied and with scope for your own ideas, input, and direction.
Tasks examples
- Customer documentation – updating, amending technical records and general client detail.
- Systems administration and project involvement.
- Marketing content input, blogging, social media etc.
- Looking after our Connectivity/Managed IT customers, troubleshooting as and when required and keeping an eye on the monitoring and alerts.
- Logging tickets when required and keeping customer and service desk records up to date.
- Supporting Service management, project management and engineering.
- Office365 support
- Partnership training - Red Hat, Suse Linux, Elastic search, virtualisation and Cloud technologies.
Skills/attributes required
- Great telephone manner and communication skills over e-mail and service desk platform.
- Keen to progress your communication proficiencies within a business context.
- You will have an inherent interest in Technology, new and emerging tech and be exploring Linux systems, Raspberry Pi’s, command lines etc in your spare time.
- An interest in the application of technologies, what, why and how certainly tech solutions are of value to businesses and what problems they may solve.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative to conduct own investigations into challenges.
- Keen to be part of a growing team and provide support to the rest of the team in various areas.
