Feeling behind on AI? So was I

Many of the Sussex business owners I meet say the same thing about AI. They know it matters, but they don't know where to start.

I understand that feeling well. About 18 months ago, I realised AI had arrived and I had no idea how it worked. That was a shock for someone who'd spent over 25 years training people on new software, and who liked to think he was ahead of the curve.

So I spent hundreds of hours, and hundreds of pounds on subscriptions, learning it properly. By the start of this year, companies were asking me to show them how I use AI in my own work.

What those sessions showed me

The businesses I spoke to weren't short of interest. They were stuck on where to start. At the time, getting AI to do real work meant complex automation tools that needed technical skills.

The tools are much simpler now. But keeping up is harder than ever, because something new arrives every few weeks.

What it looks like for me today

Claude, the AI tool I use every day, is now my virtual assistant. It knows my business, creates my templates, reads my emails and helps me update my website. That gives me at least ten hours of time back each week.

A simple first step

I'd like to help other local businesses get there, without the complexity, and without a consultant charging thousands for one automation job.

So I've built a free assessment. It looks at the repetitive tasks in your week and gives you a clear first step. From there, I help you build simple workflows, one at a time.
