Division of Acacia Groundcare Wins Prestigious Award
Acacia Groundcare Equipment Rental Ltd based in Henfield are delighted that their specialist Garden Machinery division MowersUK has won the sought after 2023 ‘Garden Machinery Dealer of the Year’ Award.
The national Awards, organised by the leading business magazine Service Dealer, recognise outstanding sales, service advice and support by dealers in the garden machinery, professional turfcare machinery, farm machinery, ATV and forestry equipment industries.
The Award was sponsored by Husqvarna and was presented to Manager Sam Hudson by Franscesca Bosley, Husqvarna Sales Account Manager. At just 27, Sam is one of the youngest Managers ever to receive the award.

MowersUK’s continuing focus on how to better serve their customers is part of the Acacia ethos and put them ahead of the competition. The judges said, “MowersUK are all about putting customers at the heart of their business. In the light of the cost-of-living crisis, they considered how best to serve their community during troubled economic times.
“They have also emphasised the importance of increased local footfall into the showroom to highlight their personal service and after sales support, introducing In-Store Only Deals and Deals of the Month to help cash-strapped customers.”

MowersUK has been serving the Basingstoke wider community for over 40 years and offers in-store and on-line sales, machinery service/repair, and garden machinery hire. Acacia Groundcare, based in Henfield since 2007, acquired the MowersUK business in 2015 and has built up the store and developed a successful e-commerce business in that time.
