Creative Pod take home The Workforce Developer - Commitment To People Award at the Sussex Chamber Business Awards, 2023

Sponsored by Roffey Park Institute, this award recognises and celebrates Creative Pod's exceptional efforts and unwavering dedication to supporting and looking after their employees.

 

The prestigious awards ceremony took place on the 23rd of June at the Crowne Plaza Felbridge Hotel, with celebrity guest speaker Ben Fogle running the show. Local businesses in Sussex came together to celebrate their achievements and contributions to the county's growth.

 

 

Creative Pod were a finalist in four categories, including:

-The Game Changer Award

Creative Pod is well known in their industry for having a good culture. The team all work incredibly hard, but they also have great fun. Together, they enjoy going out as friends, celebrating at award nights, and supporting each other in fundraising events. Each year, Matt takes his team away on a team-building trip for a long weekend to let off steam! Last year, they went to Devon and enjoyed obstacle courses, kayaking, and BBQs in the evening. These trips are invaluable to creating a sense of unity across the company from the top down.
