Completed Project - Tillingham Winery, Peasmarsh
Industrial Construction (Sussex) Limited recently completed refurbishment works to 4 blocks at Tillingham Winery in Peasmarsh, East Sussex on behalf of the Main Contractor Cube3 Construction.
These works were part of the overall development of the existing winery to include new Accommodation, Restaurant and Production facilities.
Our Operations Manager Paul Parsons managed the project alongside our Site Supervisor Bob Parsons overseeing our onsite operatives: D. Littlechild and his team at DML Roofing and M. Covill.
Building A - Accommodation Block
Marley Eternit Profile 6 fibre cement sheeting coloured in black was installed to the roof and Profile 3 was installed to the walls on Building A, to give a striking finish that contrasts with the Timber Cladding, providing a traditional style look to the building
Building B - Restaurant Area
A Firth Steels N14/3 metal twin skin built up roof system with a Profile 3 sinusoidal top sheet in Anthracite was installed to Building B.
Building C - New Winery Production Area with an attached integral implement store
ICS also installed the Kingspan Building Products Ltd KS1000SRW Trapezoidal composite roof sheeting in an anthracite finish and Firth Steels N14/3 Built up cladding system to the new Winery Production Area.
Building D - Open Storage Barn
A Firth Steel N14/3 Single skin sheeting Profile 3 sinusoidal in anthracite finish was installed to the open storage barn, Building D.
All the specialist aluminium gutter Welding works on this project were carried out by Graeme Gill of G- Weld Ltd.
A crisp finish to all eaves was provided by the Lindab Half Round Gutters in a Matching Black Finish to Building A and a Galvanised Finish to Buildings B, C & D.
