Call for Expressions of Interest - East Sussex Adult Skills Fund (ASF) Commissioning 2026/27
East Sussex County Council (ESCC) is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced training providers interested in delivering accredited Adult Skills Fund (ASF) provision across East Sussex during the 2026/27 academic year. Provision will support eligible residents aged 19 and over to gain recognised skills and qualifications and progress into further learning or employment.
Commissioning opportunities
Provision is sought across the following lots:
- Lot 1: Functional Skills English and Maths
- Lot 2: Digital Skills
- Lot 3: Level 3 Skills for Employment (Free Courses for Jobs)
- Lot 4: Construction, Engineering and Green Skills
- Lot 5: Health, Care, Early Years and Visitor Economy
- Lot 6: Business, Digital, Creative and Professional Services
Providers may express an interest in one or more lots.
Procurement process
Following the EOI deadline, procurement packs will be issued to interested providers. Packs will include the relevant specification(s), procurement documentation, funding arrangements, quality questions, evaluation methodology and timetable.
