Access Insurance required Rap Interiors’ expertise to refurbish and re-configure its large office space

Access Insurance, a Chartered Insurance Broker, based in Croydon, required Rap Interiors’ expertise to refurbish and re-configure its large office space. With the company enjoying a growth period, our brief was to change the layout to accommodate more employees and facilitate hot-desking. Access also wanted a new design scheme that reflected its brand identity.

Our office interior designers introduced a practical new space plan. By utilising a traditional open layout and sourcing compact desks, Access is now able to house more employees and even has extra space for commercial sub-letting.

To create more privacy we installed a partition wall dividing the breakout area from the main office space. With its vibrant green colour scheme and inspirational vinyl graphics, the wall also reinforces the company’s vision, values and identity.

For the adjoining breakout space, our design team chose a variety of seating and furniture solutions to offer flexibility. For example, the sofas and shared dining table allow for informal meetings and collaborative work in addition to dining and relaxing.

Aesthetically, the bold colour scheme and wall prints have helped to create an inviting and motivational space, while the new breakout area and tea point will undoubtedly help to re-energise staff and boost wellbeing. 

With the help of Rap’s design and project team, Access Insurance now has a bright, fresh and modern office that will help to take the company forward.
