Ross Elliott is the Chief Executive Officer of Chrysalis Not For Profit Ltd, a leading UK provider of accredited training in counselling, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy. Under his leadership, Chrysalis has grown into one of the largest counselling educators in the UK, offering professional diplomas and certifications that enable graduates to join recognized professional bodies.
Ross has extensive experience in mental health education, workplace wellbeing, and fitness, and he also serves as Managing Director of Optimus Gyms Ltd. In addition to his role at Chrysalis, he is an Ask for Angela Ambassador, supporting initiatives that promote safety and wellbeing in social environments.
He has been associated with Chrysalis since at least 2008 and has played a key role in shaping its innovative approach to therapy training, including expanding its reach and modernizing its delivery methods.
