Time Management is an oxymoron, in that it is a contradiction in terms. It is impossible to manage time as it is constantly ticking away and cannot be changed or altered. When we use this phrase, we are really referring to self- management, or the act of deciding how best to spend our finite resource of time.
Many of us feel there are not enough hours in the day to accomplish what we want to do. Yet, we all have the same amount of time available. How is it that some people are able to achieve much more than others?
This programme highlights two major areas of effective time management: focus and attitude. The programme shows you how to develop an organised approach to handling your workload through Identifying and prioritising more effectively, defining objectives and time wasters, and taking practical steps to achieve more of the things you want to do.
By the end of the programme you will be able to:
define Objectives & work goals
deal with Interruptions
manage expectations & say No
3 principals of Time Management

Coveys Prioritsing Matrix
