Yet too many managers micromanage, don’t delegate enough and don’t allow their staff to take decisions.  Today’s manager needs to draw out everyone’s best thinking.  This means encouraging people to learn.

Course Aim

This 2-hour module clarifies the manager’s role and responsibilities, develops ways of adapting behaviour to best suit different situations and people and the crucial role of manager as coach in realising staff potential.
