All of us, in any enterprise, would find it hard to excel in it if we were unclear of what is expected of us.  Supervisors assume several roles in the workplace.  How many of these roles are fundamental to the success of the company, a teams’ efficiency or building a positive team environment?  Is it ‘one size that fits all’ or how adaptable does a Supervisor need to be?

This 2-hour module clarifies the team leader’s role in three key areas and challenges and develops ways of adapting behaviour to best suit different situations and people.
