Resilience - Virtual training

Emotional resilience helps us cope with stress and enables us to perceive change in terms of a challenge and not a threat.  When we are resilient, we tend to maintain a more positive outlook and cope with stress more effectively.  Never has it been more necessary now in these changing times.

 

Course Aim

Our introductory online course on Resilience is a practical, interactive session on the fundamental elements of resilience.  The programme helps you develop strategies to maintain a positive mindset, so you are ready to cope with the exceptional times we live in and ‘hit the ground running’ as we gradually return to a new normality.  You will leave the session with strategies how to do this.

At the end of this online training programme you will be able to:

  • Practise 4 ways to develop your greater resilience
