Programme Aims - Why do we need motivated employees? Motivated employees are needed in our rapidly changing workplaces. Motivated employees help organizations survive. Motivated employees are more productive. Yet, of all the functions a supervisor performs, motivating employees is arguably the most complex.
No one is quite as motivated as you! This statement is truer than you may think! Many first-time supervisors struggle with the fact that some of their staff do not share the same degree of enthusiasm as they do to the job. This programme helps you to understand how we are all different and determine what makes people “tick” so you can motivate them to perform to their highest level.
