This Course is designed to enable delegates to explore what it means to mindfully manage Mental Wellbeing. Being able to look after your Physical and Mental Health in order to improve not just your own wellbeing but also that of your team’s is key in the fast-paced world we live in. Knowing how to tune into what you need for you and your team enables you to be the best that you can be.

One in Four People are likely to be suffering from Mental Health problems at any one time. According to the Health and Safety Executive, Metal Health is one of the most common problems which impacts the workplace.
