Mental Toughness

This workshop will introduce you to techniques you can utilise to build mental toughness.  With every increasing pressure in this period of rapid change and uncertainty the ability to build resilience is key for our wellbeing.  The workshop will focus on identifying what triggers stress and pressure for us and how we can effectively manage these.

 

 

This workshop will:

  • Identify stress and pressure triggers.
  • Utilise the ‘Cognitive Model’ to build mental toughness.
  • Recognise strategies to build resilience and improve wellbeing

 

Who Should Attend This Course?

This course is suitable for anybody who wants to learn more about how they can improve how they handle stress and pressure in themselves and others.  Together with an approach and strategy to manage and improve your mental toughness.
