Course Overview

Mindfulness in the Workplace – An Evidence-based approach and proven technique to maximise performance and encourage wellbeing throughout the whole team.

 

 

 

 

Course Content

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Understand what Mindfulness Practice is.
  • Perform an introductory level of Mindfulness Exercises.
  • Recognise your own Stress Levels and how Mindfulness helps to manage those.
  • Understand and experience an introductory level of the benefits of Mindfulness.
  • Understand and practise a different perspective in the Mindfulness thinking.
