Feedback & Difficult Conversations - Virtual Training

Programme Aims - From time to time all supervisors and managers will face conversations which they think will be difficult and which they may feel ill-equipped to handle. We would rather put them off and hope they will sort themselves out in time. The situations can range from giving praise to discussions about non or under performance.

Objectives

This programme highlights the right skills, mindset, and behaviours to handle difficult conversations earlier so your staff feel motivated to achieve more and then where necessary what to do to bring about a successful conclusion in those more difficult situations.

Please Note:  A minimum of four delegates is required to run this course.  Should bookings not reach the minimum number this course may be rescheduled.
