This course helps staff and managers practise avoiding appearing aggressive or submissive to others. It helps them recognise the triggers for difficult behaviour in themselves and others so they can chose a professional response.
Delegates are given tools and techniques for dealing assertively and constructively with difficult behaviours in the workplace, leading to more positive outcomes.
