We are a RIBA chartered design practice, established in 1991 and work across our two studios in Chichester and Brighton, West Sussex.  We are able to undertake projects across the United Kingdom.

 

We offer a bespoke and personal service to each and every client, ensuring that design and a pragmatic approach delivers above and beyond expectation. 

 

We carry out the following services inhouse; architecture, lead designer co-ordination, interior design, BIM modelling, 3D visualisation, virtual reality building ‘walk through’, stakeholder presentations, public consultation presentations/exhibitions, principal designer (CDM), project management/employers agent.

 

Equipped with the latest computer aided design technology, including the use of BIM(Revit), which we use comprehensively for design presentation and construction information, we are able to offer our clients a range of technical support.  The full integration of the development process through support technology enables a far better understanding of the project at the early stage, forming the basis for appropriate visual impact assessments and assisting the planning process.

 

Our projects encompass new builds, refurbishments, extensions, conservation, masterplanning and space planning.  We have considerable experience of working within conservation areas, with listed buildings and the sensitive social, economic and environmental issues identified by the Local Agenda 21 Objectives and ‘BREEAM’ energy assessment methods.

 

The Practice is quality assured under BS EN ISO 9001, environmentally assured under BSI EN ISO 14001 and registered with CHAS.
