I hope you have had a good week, whether you were at work or taking a half term break with children.

Do have a look at them and see just what a great atmosphere there was in the room that night. Our thanks go to him for doing that job.

You can read below about some great news at last for the Burgess Hill Academy - they have been visited by Ofsted and came out with 'good'.

It is a week when we come to the end of May in both senses. The PM is, however, staying on long enough to welcome the great man from across the Atlantic, fresh from being not exonerated, not cleared but not charged by the Mueller inquiry. "If we had had confidence that the President clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so". It's not a great endorsement of Trump. The month of May is of course, moving aside as always to allow glorious June to take its place.

On the subject of crimes in public office, the leader in the Tory leadership race has to face a court hearing over claims that he was knowingly misleading the public when he said during the 2016 referendum campaign that the UK gave the EU £350m a week,

Others too many to mention have also entered the race to be Tory leader and Prime Minister. Some think it possible that the court appearance might hinder Johnson's bid for power, but I think it might even incredibly help him to gain more popularity among the voting public.

Here are the articles for this week ....
