Client Project Director (Full-Time)

Owing to Artemis’ continued expansion, an exciting new senior role has now arisen for a Client Project Director to join our hard working team. We are interested to hear from highly motivated and experienced candidates with a passion for all areas of digital marketing.

You will be a strategic thinker who is used to analysing complex business situations, identify growth opportunities and implement solutions within a team. As a senior member of the Artemis team, you will be expected to provide positive leadership to our dedicated Account Managers, delivering exceptional levels of client service and relationship management.

Key responsibilities for the post of Client Project Director include:

  • Close collaboration with internal SEO and Account Management teams to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery, while maintaining positive, efficient and proactive communication with all key stakeholders
  • Responsibility for day-to-day line management of the Account Management team, along with development and coordination of individual PDPs and KPIs in line with Artemis’ business strategies, cultivating professional standards of behaviour, work ethic and performance
  • Responsibility for key client account management together with the Managing Director where required, and developing skills among the Account Managers to confidently handle larger client accounts
  • Promoting ongoing positive and collaborative business relationships with Artemis’ extensive client base, using your excellent client management and communication skills to develop deeper understandings and foster closer cooperation whilst identifying further business opportunities.
  • Acquiring and maintaining an in-depth knowledge and understanding of both Artemis’ and clients’ business strategies and ensuring overall quality of product offerings and service delivery to meet clients’ expectations in conjunction with the Operations Director
  • Taking ownership of client project requests and requirements and making sure that these are communicated to internal teams and facilitated from beginning to end and within the required time frame and to defined delivery criteria
  • Responsibility for creating relevant and effective marketing and sales support collateral for use with client acquisition and retention initiatives, and for chairing and facilitating sales and project meetings with all stakeholders as necessary

Web Editor (Full-Time)

Owing to Artemis’ continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a hard working Web Editor, to work on a range of website administration and content tasks. We are looking for motivated candidates with exceptional attention to detail, a great telephone manner and who are confident with technology and are keen to learn more about the world of digital marketing.

Key responsibilities for the post of Web Editor include:

  • Updating website content
  • Writing blogs and other website content
  • Editing and uploading new images websites
  • Supporting the internal teams to ensure all website amendment requests can be turned around efficiently
  • Communicating with stakeholders at all levels within our business
  • Monitoring Google Analytics and providing data and reports as required
  • Amalgamating monthly client reports
  • Supporting the SEO team with tasks as required.
  • Ensuring consistency of service across the client portfolio.
  • Continual WordPress, CSS and SEO learning and development.
  • Using bespoke tools to research content, link building, competitor activity and social media activity for clients.
  • Responsible for setting up and updating client’s Google My Business pages and creating and posting relevant content to them throughout the month.
  • Updating WordPress plugins and themes.
  • Managing and creating backups.

Due to the beautiful, rural location of our UK offices, you’ll need your own transport.
