"Melody is both a practitioner in sales and management and an experienced Trainer with over ten years hands on delivery and design of bespoke training interventions for a very broad range of clients on behalf of three major training providers. For Reed Learning and Thales Learning and Development she delivers training mainly for larger corporates and public sector bodies UK wide; whereas for Sussex Chamber of Commerce she finds solutions for local SME’s. She has demonstrated the flexibility to respond to the practical and logistical needs of different clients while holding true to her action centred learning principles.
Melody worked permanently for Reed Learning for 7 years before branching out to run the training business for her local Chamber of Commerce and subsequently starting her own business. During her time with Reed she managed a sales team, delivered countless training courses and finally set up and ran their quality management systems. She became an expert in leading edge training design and delivery during this period as she was responsible for ensuring consistent excellence across all the training associates Reed Learning employed. Since 2009 Melody has been the lead Business Skills Trainer for Sussex Chamber of Commerce working with SMEs to consult, design and deliver effective training interventions on both a scheduled and tailored basis. In November 2011 she took full responsibility for running and growing the Chamber of Commerce training business. This includes scheduling and marketing a public program of training courses, managing suppliers and product development planning.

Peter Thompson B.A.(Hons.)
Peter has 20 years commercial experience up to director level in the logistics and financial aspects of international trade in the building services, civil engineering and energy sectors.
Peter became a freelance trainer offering export and import courses in 1998 and achieved J.E.T.S. accreditation in 2000. In 2003 he became Principal and Owner of Business Training and delivers the majority of their courses.
Stuart is a Member of the Learning and Performance Institute (formally the Institute of IT Training) and a Microsoft Certified Professional. He specialises in On-Line training and Presentation Skills, Microsoft Project and Power BI for Office 365, but he can train on most Microsoft applications and a number of esoteric subjects such as Ubuntu Linux and Python Programming.
Stuart has more than 30 years experience of working in the computer industry. He began working in Information Technology when computers were bigger than your living room but had less power than your mobile phone. He has progressed through all the jobs you can legally do in IT from Operator to Programmer, Systems Analyst, Manager and Technical Director. He managed a group of 50 programmers at the American computing giant Unisys but left to save his home county of Sussex from the ravages of the year 2000 bug.
He started his own computer training company in August 2000 to provide help for organisations to make the best use of IT in Business and he combines both practical Business and Technology skills.

Alison is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (formally the Institute of IT Training) and holds the TAP accreditation in Training Delivery Skills. She has over 30 years experience of IT training, twenty of which have been in Microsoft Applications. She is an expert in delivery training to all skill levels, from basic users to executives and "high flyers".
After graduating from Birmingham University with a BA (Hons) in History, she started out in the infant computer industry as a technical author which required a high proficiency in word processing. Because she became an expert, she started to deliver training courses on the early Word Processors such as WordStar and AmiPro and then moved into training other mainstream desktop applications.
More recently, she has worked as a senior trainer for a large Training Company where she mentored and supported other trainers and was responsible for the delivery of the company’s Microsoft applications training courses.
She works closely with businesses as an applications and training consultant and currently she is one of the few IT trainers in the UK specialising in the Excel Power BI Tools and Power Pivot’s Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).
